The
Clown Room
project is a presentation of props and costumes used in making the video"clown!"
The gallery at no-space
was transformed into a carnival dressing room with lights, fun-house
mirrors, clown noses, make up and other props. Participants were invited
to become a clown and be photographed in front of a painted backdrop.
Backdrops were changed throughout the duration, the photos were hung
and then given to the participants during the closing party. Prior to
the opening,"clown!" was shown across the street
in the Rosendale Theater in Rosendale NY.
